Supported Living Services

Who we support

In our supported living home for adults with learning difficulties, we provide care and support to individuals who face various challenges associated with their cognitive abilities. These individuals may have diagnoses such as intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, or specific learning disorders. Our aim is to empower and assist them in leading fulfilling lives by addressing their unique needs and promoting their overall well-being. We offer a safe and inclusive environment where they can receive the necessary support to develop life skills, achieve independence, and form meaningful connections within our community.
